We collect information you provide when you create an account, log in with Google or Facebook, complete your profile, verify your identity, list a vehicle, book a vehicle, submit inspection photos, contact support, or use in-app chat.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, CNIC or identity information where required, driving license information, date of birth, address, vehicle details, booking history, payment method metadata, wallet activity, device identifiers, push notification tokens, and app usage records.

If you sign in using Google or Facebook, we receive the basic account information allowed by that provider, such as your name, email address, provider user ID, and profile photo.

We use this information only to create or access your VVAHID account, authenticate you, prevent duplicate accounts, and provide account-related support.

We use your information to provide car rental and hosting services, verify users, process bookings and payments, manage vehicle listings, support trip inspections, send notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

Hosts may use VVAHID to manage listings, availability, pricing, booking approvals, trip records, and payouts. Guests may use VVAHID to search vehicles, request bookings, communicate with hosts, and manage trips.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with hosts, guests, payment providers, verification providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics and notification services, customer support staff, or legal authorities when needed to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes, process payments, or comply with applicable law.

VVAHID may use third-party payment processors to handle card, wallet, payout, and transaction services. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

We may store transaction IDs, payment status, payout status, wallet balance, invoice records, and related metadata needed for booking, refunds, dispute resolution, compliance, and accounting.

We may process location-related data when you search nearby cars, select pickup/drop-off addresses, list a vehicle, or use map-based features.

We may collect device information such as device token, platform, app version, crash or diagnostic data, and notification preferences to operate and secure the app.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet or mobile app service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

After account deletion, eligible profile, identity-document, device-token, notification, message, support, and usage data is deleted or anonymized. Booking, wallet, payment, payout, journal, tax, fraud-prevention, claim, and dispute records may be retained where legally or operationally required, with direct account identifiers removed where permitted.

Operational retention periods are reviewed against applicable Pakistani tax, accounting, payments, dispute, and fraud-prevention obligations. Records are removed when the applicable purpose and retention period end.

VVAHID is not intended for children. Users must meet the age and eligibility requirements shown in the app and applicable rental rules.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your information may be processed on servers, cloud services, or provider systems located outside your city, province, or country.

By using VVAHID, you understand that your information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.

Your continued use of VVAHID after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
