These public terms summarize the intended VVAHID marketplace rules for guests, hosts, and administrators. Product-specific terms shown during booking, verification, payment, or support flows may also apply.
Marketplace role
VVAHID connects guests and hosts through a managed car rental marketplace. Booking approval, verification, inspection, payment, and support workflows may apply before a trip starts.
Verification and safety
Guests and hosts may be asked to complete identity, phone, CNIC, driving license, vehicle, and inspection checks. VVAHID may restrict access when required checks are incomplete or fail review.
Bookings and payments
Booking requests, host approvals, payment method selection, fees, cancellations, and payouts are handled according to the rules shown in the app or dashboard at the time of the transaction.
Vehicle condition
Pre-trip and post-trip inspection records may be used to document vehicle condition, support dispute resolution, and protect both guests and hosts.
Support and account actions
VVAHID support may review account activity, booking records, and verification documents to keep the marketplace safe and reliable.
