Data Deletion Policy
This page explains how VVAHID users can request deletion of their account data, including data received through Facebook Login.

How to request deletion
Send your request
Use My Account → Account Privacy in the VVAHID app, or email support@vvahid.com with the subject line "Delete My VVAHID Account".
Include account details
In-app requests use your authenticated account. For email assistance, include your name, account email or phone, and login provider.
Verification
In-app requests require your current password or a recent sign-in. Support requests require equivalent account-owner verification.
Deletion completion
After the cancellation period, eligible account data is deleted and retained legal or financial records are anonymized where permitted.
Delay, cancellation, and outstanding activity
You can cancel an in-app deletion request from Account Privacy until processing begins. Your account remains usable during this period.
Deletion cannot complete while an active booking, unresolved claim or refund, pending host payout, or positive wallet balance remains. Resolve the listed item and submit or requeue the request again.
Facebook Login data deletion
If you used Facebook Login with VVAHID, we may receive basic account information permitted by Facebook, such as your Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile photo.
To delete Facebook Login data associated with your VVAHID account, email support@vvahid.com with the subject line Delete Facebook Login Data. Please include the email address linked to your Facebook account and your VVAHID account email address.
What data may be deleted
We will delete or anonymize eligible personal account information, profile data, login-provider identifiers, support records, and app usage records associated with your account where deletion is permitted.
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, tax, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, booking history, or enforcement of our agreements. Direct identity fields are removed from retained operational and financial records where permitted.
Confirmation
After processing your request, VVAHID will confirm whether your eligible data has been deleted, anonymized, or retained for a permitted reason.
